The Campaign Marketing Manager will be sitting under the Campaigns department. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns designed to increase the visibility and recognition of a brand among its target audience. This role is critical in building and maintaining a client brand's presence in the marketplace and ensuring that it remains top-of-mind for potential customers. They will be involved in running integrated campaigns across platforms including email, web advertising, content syndication, social media and paid promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive brand awareness campaign strategy that involves understanding the target audience and client’s objectives.
  • Overseeing and managing client campaigns.
  • Producing analytical reports for campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Leveraging campaign data to shape forthcoming campaign strategies.
  • Conducting monthly marketing assessments, and closely monitoring campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

A Campaign Marketing Manager should have

  • Experience working as a Digital Marketing / Campaign Manager / Project Manager for a brand or agency, ideally B2B.
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills and communication
  • Experience using CRMs and Salesforce
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Social media planning experience (including LinkedIn).
  • Excellent copywriting skills coupled with a creative mind for developing engaging campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, HTML.
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking
  • Excellent team player
  • Prince2 Project Management qualification or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience of managing is a plus
  • Experience of using monday.com or similar project management systems is a plus

Schedule:

8-hour workday (Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Fridays: 8.30 am - 4.30 pm on Fridays)
